Our Background & Purpose
Who We Are
The Anitah Modise Foundation is a beacon of compassion and hope based in Botswana. Our foundation is dedicated to lending a helping hand to individuals navigating the challenges of mental health disabilities, offering not only care and support, but also a platform for advocacy and empowerment. Beyond this, we extend our embrace to orphans and children whose parents are grappling with mental disabilities.
The foundation was incorporated on the 17th of October 2022 In terms of Section 7 (1) of the Trust Property Control Act No 11 of the Republic of Botswana, however our work dates as far back as 2001. As of 2001, under the able guidance of our founders Ms. Anitah Modise and Modise Mosompedi, we have aided persons living with mental health and children across the country with food and clothing.
